[3 second pause] This session is safe and guided, allowing you to drift into a state of deep awareness at your own pace. Bring your attention to this present moment. [4 second pause] Notice what you can hear, feel, and sense right now. [5 second pause] Without judgment, simply observe the sounds around you. [4 second pause] Notice the sensations in your body—the weight of your limbs, the contact with the surface beneath you. [6 second pause] Allow your awareness to settle into this here and now. [5 second pause] Your breath flows naturally, in and out. [4 second pause] Just observing it, as if from a distance. [6 second pause] With each breath, you become more present, more aware. Now, gently close your eyes if they aren't already closed. [4 second pause] Imagine your awareness as a gentle light, scanning through your body. [5 second pause] Starting at the soles of your feet. [4 second pause] Noticing any sensations—warmth, tingling, or simply presence. [6 second pause] This light moves up through your ankles, calves, and knees.
