Deep Trance Hypnosis | Progressive Relaxation

Find a comfortable position where you can remain undisturbed for the next thirty minutes. You may sit or lie down, whichever feels most supportive for your practice. Let your hands rest naturally at your sides or on your lap, whichever is most comfortable. Close your eyes when you're ready, or allow them to close naturally as we progress. You've done this many times before, and your mind knows exactly how to find its way into deep trance. Today we'll be working with a specific tool, an internal anchor that you can develop and strengthen through repetition. This tool becomes more powerful each time you use it, creating a reliable pathway to profound depths. Allow yourself to be curious about how deep you can go, trusting that your unconscious mind will take care of everything. [2 second pause]

Feel the weight of your body against the surface supporting you right now. [2 second pause] Notice the temperature of the air on your skin, perhaps cooler on your face, warmer where your body meets the surface beneath you. [2 second pause] And I want you to try not to think about your left foot while you notice your breathing while you don't listen too carefully to my words while you wonder whether you're going into trance or already there. [2 second pause] And as you don't think about that foot, or maybe the other foot, you can notice the weight of your hands while not noticing them, while your eyes are closing or open or somewhere in between. [2 second pause] And I wonder whether you'll go into trance quickly, or whether you already have, or whether you'll wait until after you've already gone deep to realize how deep you've been. [2 second pause] Because your conscious mind can try to follow all of this while your unconscious mind simply relaxes, and the more you try to understand, the more you don't need to, the more you can just let go. [2 second pause] And which hand is heavier now? Or are they both lighter? Or is one heavier and one lighter while both are the same while neither is what you expected. [2 second pause] It doesn't matter, because understanding is overrated, and confusion is just another word for the conscious mind giving up, which is another way of saying trance. [2 second pause] So whether you know what I'm saying, or don't know, or partly know, you can simply STOP. [2 second pause] Stop trying. [2 second pause] Stop figuring out. [2 second pause] Stop holding on. [2 second pause] And SINK. [2 second pause] Down into the comfortable simplicity beneath all the confusion. Where everything makes sense by making no sense. Where relaxation is effortless. Where you simply ARE. [2 second pause] That's right. Just be here now. Deep in trance. Deep in peace. [2 second pause]

And now that you've arrived here, in this place that your mind knows so well, this private space that belongs only to you, I want you to begin noticing what it feels like to be completely alone with yourself in the most peaceful way. And now, with your depth tool beginning to take shape in your awareness, we're going to use repetition to anchor it deeply into your unconscious mind. [2 second pause] Almost to the very bottom. [2 second pause] One. [2 second pause] Deeper than you've ever been. [2 second pause]

And in this profound depth, this private sanctuary where only you exist, where all the racing thoughts have dissolved into stillness, you can begin to understand the true power of your tool.
