Before we begin, there is nothing you need to do. Nothing you need to achieve. Nothing you need to fix. [2 second pause] This is not about effort. It is about permission. [2 second pause] Over the years, your mind and body have done an extraordinary job of keeping you alive, keeping you moving, keeping you creating. They learned ways to protect you when things were overwhelming. Those strategies worked. They were intelligent. They were necessary at the time. [2 second pause] And now, gently, respectfully, we are letting the system know that those old strategies are no longer required. [2 second pause] This session is not about reliving the past. It is about allowing the past to rest. [2 second pause] Nothing here will force anything to happen. Your unconscious mind will only release what it is ready to release. At a pace that feels safe. In an order that feels natural. [2 second pause] If at any moment your attention drifts, that is fine. If thoughts come and go, that is fine. If emotions rise and fall, that is fine. [2 second pause] You do not need to understand how this works for it to work. [2 second pause] Your body already knows how to heal. Your nervous system already knows how to settle. Your unconscious already knows what can be put down now. [2 second pause] This time is yours. This space is yours. [2 second pause] You are in Jamaica. You are safe. You are supported by warmth, earth, air, and time. [2 second pause] Nothing from the past needs to be carried forward unless you choose to carry it. And today, you are choosing something different. [2 second pause] There will be moments of deep rest. Moments where the body unwinds without effort. Moments where old tension simply realises it is no longer needed. [2 second pause] You do not need to make that happen. You only need to allow it. [2 second pause] And as we continue, you may notice that healing does not feel dramatic. It often feels quiet. Like laying something heavy down and realising your hands are suddenly free. [2 second pause] In a moment, we will begin gently guiding your attention inward. There is nowhere you need to go. Nothing you need to prove. [2 second pause] Just a willingness to let the system do what it has been waiting to do. [2 second pause] When you are ready, simply allow yourself to listen.

Now, simply allow your attention to settle where it wants to settle. [2 second pause] There is no correct way to listen to this. You do not need to concentrate. You do not need to relax on purpose. [2 second pause] Just notice that you are here. [2 second pause] Begin by noticing the points of contact between your body and whatever is supporting you. The weight of the body being held. Effortlessly. [2 second pause] There is nothing you need to hold up right now. [2 second pause] Gently bring awareness to your breathing. Not changing it. Just noticing that breath is already happening for you. [2 second pause] In… and out… [2 second pause] And as you notice the breath, you may become aware of a subtle rhythm. A natural tide. Like waves arriving and leaving a warm shore. [2 second pause] You do not need to follow the breath. You can let the breath follow itself. [2 second pause] Now, imagine that with every exhale, your body is allowed to soften just a little more. Not collapse. Just soften. [2 second pause] As if gravity is becoming friendly. [2 second pause] Notice the muscles around the eyes. They can rest now. The jaw can loosen. The tongue can rest in the mouth without effort. [2 second pause] If you notice sensations anywhere in the body, simply acknowledge them. You do not need to analyse them. You do not need to fix them. [2 second pause] Just notice. [2 second pause] And now, imagine that your awareness can slowly drift downward through the body. Like warm sunlight moving through water. [2 second pause] Down through the neck. Across the shoulders. [2 second pause] If there is tension there, you do not need to push it away. Just allow it to be noticed. Awareness alone begins the unwinding. [2 second pause] Down through the chest. The ribs. The belly. [2 second pause] Breathing continues automatically. Your body knows exactly how to do this. [2 second pause] As attention continues downward, notice the hips. The thighs. The legs. [2 second pause] All the way down to the feet. [2 second pause] And now, gently, bring awareness back to the whole body at once. A single field of sensation. [2 second pause] You may begin to notice that thoughts are slowing. Or spacing out. Or becoming less important. [2 second pause] That is a sign you are doing this perfectly. [2 second pause] If your mind wanders, that is fine. Each time you notice, you simply return to the sound of my voice. [2 second pause] Nothing else matters right now. [2 second pause] With every breath out, imagine that your nervous system is receiving a simple message. You are safe. There is no urgency. There is no demand. [2 second pause] You have time. [2 second pause] And as the body begins to realise this, it may start to let go in ways you do not consciously direct. A sigh. A swallow. A deeper breath. [2 second pause] These are signs of regulation returning. [2 second pause] You are not going anywhere. You are simply arriving. [2 second pause] In the next section, we will gently set the inner scene where this deep release can happen naturally. [2 second pause] When you are ready, just continue listening.

Now, allow an image to form in whatever way is easiest for you. It does not need to be clear. It does not need to be visual. It can be a feeling, a sense, or simply a knowing. [2 second pause] Imagine a place where time feels slower. Where nothing is expected of you. Where the air itself feels kind. [2 second pause] You may notice warmth. Soft light. The sense of being somewhere ancient and safe. [2 second pause] This place exists outside of effort. Outside of history. Outside of the stories you have carried about who you had to be. [2 second pause] In this place, your body is allowed to be exactly as it is. No improvement required. No performance required. [2 second pause] You may notice that the ground here is solid and supportive. It holds you without asking anything in return. [2 second pause] And as you settle into this inner space, notice that there is room. Room to stretch. Room to rest. Room to put things down. [2 second pause] You do not need to decide what those things are yet. [2 second pause] This is a place where the nervous system remembers an older truth. That before roles. Before responsibilities. Before successes and disappointments. [2 second pause] There was simply you. [2 second pause] Alive. Curious. Open. [2 second pause] In this place, the body understands that it does not have to keep holding tension as proof of what you survived. It does not need to keep armour as evidence of strength. [2 second pause] Strength is already known here. [2 second pause] Notice if the body begins to settle even more deeply. Perhaps the mid spine softens just a fraction. Perhaps the right shoulder realises it can lower. Perhaps the neck finds a position that feels more natural. [2 second pause] You do not need to guide this. The body knows exactly where to begin. [2 second pause] And here, in this inner landscape, there is a sense that something important is about to happen. Not dramatic. Not forceful. [2 second pause] Just inevitable. [2 second pause] Like the moment before a long exhale. Like the moment before sleep. [2 second pause] In the next section, we will gently deepen this state. Allowing the system to go far beyond everyday awareness. Where real release becomes effortless. [2 second pause] Just continue listening.

Now that you are here, there is nothing left to do. So we allow the experience to deepen on its own. [2 second pause] Imagine that this state you are in has depth to it. Like warm water. And you are gently floating. [2 second pause] With each breath out, you drift a little deeper. Not sinking. Not falling. Just settling. [2 second pause] As if the body is remembering how to rest from the inside. [2 second pause] You may notice that sounds around you become less important. Thoughts may slow even further. Or come in fragments. Or simply pause. [2 second pause] This is not sleep. This is something quieter and deeper than ordinary relaxation. [2 second pause] Now imagine that your nervous system has a dimmer switch. Not an on or off switch. A dimmer. [2 second pause] And without effort, that dimmer begins to turn down. Just a little at a time. [2 second pause] Muscle tone softens. Alertness becomes calm awareness. The need to monitor disappears. [2 second pause] You may notice sensations moving. Warmth. Tingling. Heaviness. Lightness. [2 second pause] All of these are signs that the body is reorganising itself. [2 second pause] If awareness drifts to the mid spine, simply allow it. No fixing. No pushing. Just awareness. [2 second pause] If awareness drifts to the right side of the neck or the shoulder, simply allow it. As if you are listening to those places for the first time. [2 second pause] These areas do not need to tell a story. They do not need to justify themselves. [2 second pause] They only need permission. [2 second pause] Now imagine that with each exhale, gravity gently increases. Not pulling you down. Just making it easier to let go. [2 second pause] Five percent more release. Then another five percent. [2 second pause] There is no rush. [2 second pause] And now, imagine counting slowly downward. Not with effort. Just as a suggestion. [2 second pause] Ten Going deeper [2 second pause] Nine Nothing to hold [2 second pause] Eight Nothing to prove [2 second pause] Seven The past can rest [2 second pause] Six The body knows what to do [2 second pause] Five Halfway now Deeper than thinking [2 second pause] Four Old tension loosening quietly [2 second pause] Three Safe to let go [2 second pause] Two Almost there Very still [2 second pause] One Deep Open Present [2 second pause] And now there is a sense of stillness. Not empty. But full. [2 second pause] In this depth, the unconscious mind becomes very receptive. Very intelligent. Very kind. [2 second pause] In the next section, we will begin the real work of release. Not by forcing anything out. But by allowing what is no longer needed to leave. [2 second pause] Just continue listening.

Now that you are here, deep and steady, we begin the release. [2 second pause] Not as an effort. Not as a task. But as a natural completion. [2 second pause] Your unconscious mind understands something important. Everything you have carried had a reason. Nothing was a mistake. Nothing was weakness. [2 second pause] And equally true, nothing needs to be carried forever. [2 second pause] Begin by noticing that inside the body there are patterns. Old contractions. Old bracing. Old holding. [2 second pause] They once had a job. [2 second pause] And now, very gently, the unconscious can thank them. For their service. For their loyalty. [2 second pause] And then allow them to stand down. [2 second pause] Imagine that the body has a way of gathering what is ready to leave. Not memories. Not stories. [2 second pause] Just the emotional residue. The charge. The weight. [2 second pause] It may gather in the mid spine. In the right shoulder. Along the right side of the neck. [2 second pause] You do not need to decide this. The body chooses. [2 second pause] Now imagine that these holdings are no longer inside you. They are simply resting in front of you. Like heavy garments you once wore. [2 second pause] They contain regret. Shame. Guilt. Disappointment. Old identities that no longer fit. [2 second pause] You do not open them. You do not examine them. [2 second pause] You already learned what you needed to learn. [2 second pause] And now, another presence becomes known. [2 second pause] Kali. [2 second pause] She is not distant. She is not symbolic. She is precise. [2 second pause] You may sense her before you see her. [2 second pause] Her skin is deep midnight blue, like the sky just before dawn. Her eyes are vast and calm, seeing everything without judgement. Her presence is absolute authority without aggression. [2 second pause] She wears a garland of skulls, not as threat, but as truth. Each skull represents something that has ended properly. [2 second pause] She does not rush you. She does not persuade. [2 second pause] She waits. [2 second pause] Kali only accepts what you are truly ready to release. Nothing more. Nothing less. [2 second pause] You understand something very clearly now. Anything you give to her is gone. Digestible. Final. [2 second pause] There is no taking it back. [2 second pause] And that feels right. [2 second pause] One by one, or all at once, allow these old holdings to be offered. No words needed. [2 second pause] As they pass to her, notice that there is no drama. No punishment. No judgement. [2 second pause] She receives them and consumes them effortlessly. As if they were always meant to end here. [2 second pause] And as she does, something extraordinary happens. [2 second pause] The nervous system updates. [2 second pause] Old scripts dissolve. Old reflexes stand down. Old emotional loops lose their fuel. [2 second pause] Your unconscious mind recognises that the chapter is complete. [2 second pause] There is nothing left to resolve. [2 second pause] Now notice the body. [2 second pause] The mid spine no longer needs to hold history. The right shoulder no longer needs to brace for impact. The neck no longer needs to stay alert. [2 second pause] These places are empty in the best possible way. Clean. Neutral. Available. [2 second pause] This is not numbness. This is freedom. [2 second pause] Your identity quietly resets. Not to a new idea of yourself. But to something older and simpler. [2 second pause] The part of you that existed before adaptation. [2 second pause] No shame. No guilt. No proving. [2 second pause] Just presence. [2 second pause] In the next section, we will allow this clean state to stabilise. So it becomes permanent. Integrated. Natural. [2 second pause] Just continue listening.

Now, we do something very subtle. Very important. [2 second pause] We allow this clean state to settle into the system as the new baseline. [2 second pause] Not by imagining a future. Not by deciding who you will be. [2 second pause] Simply by letting the nervous system learn what “now” feels like without the past attached. [2 second pause] Notice the quality of this moment. The absence of strain. The quiet neutrality. [2 second pause] This is not a high. This is not relief that fades. [2 second pause] This is equilibrium. [2 second pause] Imagine that the body is taking a slow internal snapshot. Not a picture. A calibration. [2 second pause] This is what safe feels like. This is what unburdened feels like. This is what neutral feels like. [2 second pause] The unconscious mind is exceptionally good at this. It records states far more deeply than it records words. [2 second pause] Now imagine that as time continues normally after this session, this state travels with you. Not as something you try to maintain. But as something that simply is. [2 second pause] Like posture after a long stretch. Like breathing after a sigh. [2 second pause] Old triggers may still exist in the world. But they no longer find the same hooks. [2 second pause] Old stories may still appear. But they feel flat. Uncharged. Uninteresting. [2 second pause] The system has learned that it does not need them anymore. [2 second pause] And notice something important. There is no rush to fill the space that has opened. [2 second pause] No urgency to replace the old with something new. [2 second pause] The clean slate remains clean. [2 second pause] Creativity, inspiration, desire, direction will arise on their own schedule. From emptiness. From rest. [2 second pause] That is how it works when the system is no longer overloaded. [2 second pause] Your body now knows that the past is complete. Not erased. Integrated. Finished. [2 second pause] And finished things do not need attention. [2 second pause] They sleep. [2 second pause] In the next section, we will gently bring awareness back toward waking consciousness. Keeping this state intact. Carried easily. [2 second pause] Just continue listening.

Now we begin to gently return. Not abruptly. Not fully yet. [2 second pause] Just a soft reorientation. [2 second pause] Notice that you are still here. Still supported. Still safe. [2 second pause] This deep state does not disappear as you emerge. It comes with you. Quietly. [2 second pause] Begin by noticing the breath again. Not changing it. Just noticing. [2 second pause] In and out [2 second pause] Feel the body as a whole. Heavier. Calmer. More settled. [2 second pause] Notice the surface beneath you. The way it holds you. [2 second pause] Begin to allow a little more energy to return to the hands. To the feet. A gentle aliveness. [2 second pause] If it feels natural, you may want to stretch slightly. Or adjust your position. No rush. [2 second pause] The nervous system understands now that it can be awake without being alert. Present without being vigilant. [2 second pause] As awareness continues to return, notice something important. There is no sense of carrying anything back with you. [2 second pause] The system is lighter because it is cleaner. [2 second pause] You are not becoming someone new. You are returning as yourself. Without the excess. [2 second pause] In a moment, your eyes may open. Or they may open later. [2 second pause] Either way is fine. [2 second pause] Just allow yourself to arrive back slowly. With this state intact.

As this session comes to a close, there is nothing to rush back into. [2 second pause] Your unconscious mind understands that this work is complete. What was given away is gone. What was released does not return. [2 second pause] From this point forward, your system treats the past as finished information. Learned from. Filed. At rest. [2 second pause] You no longer need to rehearse it. You no longer need to check it. You no longer need to carry its weight in the body. [2 second pause] If old memories surface in the coming days, they will feel distant. Muted. Like stories that belong to someone you once knew. [2 second pause] Your body responds differently now. The mid spine stays free. The right shoulder stays loose. The neck stays easy and responsive. [2 second pause] If at any time tension begins to build, your system remembers what to do. It releases without effort. Automatically. Naturally. [2 second pause] This clean state becomes familiar very quickly. It feels normal. Like coming home after being away too long. [2 second pause] You do not need to protect it. You do not need to hold onto it. [2 second pause] It holds itself. [2 second pause] Sleep becomes deeper. Breathing becomes fuller. Moments of stillness arrive without invitation. [2 second pause] You may notice creativity stirring later, gently, without pressure. You may notice curiosity returning in quiet ways. You may notice space where urgency used to live. [2 second pause] All of this is correct. [2 second pause] There is no need to analyse what has changed. The nervous system does not need commentary. It simply updates. [2 second pause] And now, as this session ends, you can allow awareness to slowly return to the room around you. Not all at once. In your own time. [2 second pause] You may notice sounds again. The weight of your body. The simple fact of being here. [2 second pause] Bring back with you only what matters. The rest stays behind.
