Hypnosis for Sensual Body Awareness and Control

Before we begin, please find a comfortable position where you can remain undisturbed for the next 30 minutes. [3 second pause] You may sit or lie down, whichever feels most natural for you. [3 second pause] Allow your hands to rest naturally at your sides or on your lap, wherever they feel most comfortable. [4 second pause] This session is designed to help you explore deeper states of relaxation and body awareness through hypnosis. [4 second pause] You are always in control and can open your eyes and return to full awareness at any time you choose. [4 second pause] This is a safe space for you to explore the power of your unconscious mind. [4 second pause] When you're ready, you may close your eyes and we'll begin.

Feel the weight of your body against the surface supporting you. [6 second pause] Notice the temperature of the air on your skin. [5 second pause] Is it cool or warm? [4 second pause] Feel how your clothes touch your body, the fabric against your skin. [6 second pause] You're already starting to go into trance, aren't you? [5 second pause] Your unconscious mind is already responding to my voice. [6 second pause] That's right. [4 second pause] You can feel it happening now, can't you? [5 second pause] This familiar feeling of letting go. [6 second pause] Your body knows exactly how to do this. [5 second pause] Every breath you take is taking you deeper. [7 second pause] And with each word I speak, you're going deeper still.

Imagine yourself in a space of complete comfort and privacy. [6 second pause] A place where you feel completely safe to explore every sensation. [7 second pause] The lighting is soft and warm, casting gentle shadows around you. [6 second pause] You can feel the air moving gently across your skin. [5 second pause] In this space, you are free to experience every feeling, every sensation that comes to you. [8 second pause] Your body is becoming more and more sensitive to touch, to warmth, to the slightest sensation. [7 second pause] You can feel your skin awakening, becoming more receptive, more alive with each breath. [8 second pause] This is your space of exploration and discovery.

Ten. [8 second pause] Sinking deeper into this wonderful state. [6 second pause] Nine. [7 second pause] Your body becoming more and more responsive. [6 second pause] Eight. [8 second pause] Feeling every nerve ending come alive. [7 second pause] Seven. [9 second pause] Deeper and deeper into trance. [6 second pause] Six. [8 second pause] Your body completely relaxed yet completely aware. [7 second pause] Five. [10 second pause] Halfway down now, going deeper still. [8 second pause] Four. [9 second pause] Your unconscious mind opening to new experiences. [7 second pause] Three. [10 second pause] Almost there now. [8 second pause] Two. [12 second pause] So deep, so relaxed, so open. [9 second pause] One. [15 second pause] Completely hypnotized now.

In this deep state, your body becomes incredibly responsive to suggestion. [8 second pause] You can feel phantom sensations, as if invisible hands are guiding your experience. [10 second pause] Your skin tingles with heightened sensitivity. [7 second pause] Every nerve ending is awake and responsive. [9 second pause] You feel waves of pleasant sensation moving through your body. [8 second pause] Your unconscious mind controls these feelings completely. [10 second pause] You surrender to these sensations, allowing them to wash over you. [12 second pause] Your body responds automatically, naturally, to the suggestions of pleasure and comfort. [10 second pause] You feel completely safe as you explore these new depths of sensation. [8 second pause] Your breathing deepens as waves of feeling move through you. [15 second pause] You are in complete harmony with your body's responses.

In the days and weeks ahead, you'll remember this feeling of deep connection to your body. [8 second pause] You'll carry with you this enhanced awareness of physical sensation. [7 second pause] Whenever you choose to relax deeply, you'll be able to access these states of heightened sensitivity. [9 second pause] You'll feel more in tune with your body's responses and more comfortable with physical sensations. [8 second pause] This experience becomes a part of who you are, integrated into your unconscious mind. [10 second pause] You'll find yourself more open to new experiences and more connected to your physical self.

In a moment, I'm going to count from one to five, and on the count of five, you'll open your eyes feeling wonderful, refreshed, and completely back to normal awareness. [6 second pause] One. [4 second pause] Beginning to return now, feeling the energy slowly returning to your body. [5 second pause] Two. [4 second pause] Becoming more aware of your surroundings, feeling refreshed and renewed. [5 second pause] Three. [4 second pause] Halfway back now, feeling wonderful and relaxed. [5 second pause] Four. [4 second pause] Almost back to full awareness, feeling great in every way. [4 second pause] Five. [3 second pause] Eyes open, wide awake, feeling fantastic.

Take a moment to stretch and move your body gently. [4 second pause] Notice how relaxed and refreshed you feel. [5 second pause] You've done wonderful work today in exploring deeper states of consciousness and body awareness. [6 second pause] Remember that you can return to this state of deep relaxation and heightened sensitivity whenever you choose.
