Welcome to this hypnotherapy session designed to help you fully embody and deepen your identity as a devoted admirer and follower of women's sports. Before we begin, let's take a moment to set you up for the best possible experience. Find a comfortable position — you may sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, or lie down on a bed or sofa. Rest your hands naturally in your lap or at your sides, whichever feels most at ease. You do not need to do anything with your eyes just yet — we will get to that in a moment. This session uses a classic body scan relaxation to guide you gently and progressively into a deep, receptive state. You will feel your body relax from the feet upward, and as that happens, your mind will become open and still, ready to absorb the positive changes this session is designed to create. There is nothing you need to force or figure out. Your only job is to follow along and allow. If your mind wanders at any point, that is perfectly fine — simply bring your attention back to my voice whenever you notice. This session is entirely safe. You are in full control at all times, and you can open your eyes whenever you choose. Now, when you are ready, allow your eyes to gently close, settle into your position, and let us begin.

Begin by making yourself comfortable. [3.5 second pause] Finding that perfect position where your body can fully relax and let go. [3.5 second pause] Take a moment to adjust if you need to. [3.5 second pause] And when you are ready, allow your eyes to gently close. [3.5 second pause] Take a deep breath in now. [3.5 second pause] And as you exhale, let your body begin to settle. [3.5 second pause] Another breath in. [3.5 second pause] And out. [3.5 second pause] Breathing naturally and easily. [3.5 second pause] Allowing each breath to carry you a little deeper into relaxation. [3.5 second pause] Now bring your awareness gently down to your feet. [3.5 second pause] Notice any tension there, any tightness. [3.5 second pause] And as you breathe out now, simply let that tension dissolve. [3.5 second pause] Feel your feet becoming heavy. [3.5 second pause] Pleasantly heavy, as if they are sinking into something soft and warm. [3.5 second pause] Moving up now to your calves. [3.5 second pause] Notice these muscles. [3.5 second pause] And with your next exhale, let them release completely. [3.5 second pause] Feel the relaxation spreading upward. [3.5 second pause] Warm and comfortable. [3.5 second pause] Like warmth flowing gently through your muscles. [3.5 second pause] Your thighs now. [3.5 second pause] These strong muscles that carry you through the world. [3.5 second pause] Give them permission to let go completely. [3.5 second pause] Feel them becoming loose. [3.5 second pause] Limp. [3.5 second pause] Deeply relaxed. [3.5 second pause] The wave of relaxation continues upward. [3.5 second pause] Into your hips and lower back. [3.5 second pause] Areas that often hold so much tension. [3.5 second pause] Release now. [3.5 second pause] Let them soften. [3.5 second pause] Melt into the surface beneath you. [3.5 second pause] So comfortable. [3.5 second pause] So relaxed. [3.5 second pause] Moving into your stomach and chest now. [3.5 second pause] With each breath, these areas relax more deeply. [3.5 second pause] Feel your breathing becoming easier. [3.5 second pause] More natural. [3.5 second pause] As all tension simply fades away. [3.5 second pause] Your shoulders now. [3.5 second pause] Let them drop. [3.5 second pause] Releasing any burden they have been carrying. [3.5 second pause] Feel them soften and relax completely. [3.5 second pause] Down through your arms. [3.5 second pause] Your upper arms relaxing. [3.5 second pause] Your forearms becoming heavy. [3.5 second pause] Your hands and fingers completely loose and limp. [3.5 second pause] And finally, your neck and face. [3.5 second pause] Let the small muscles around your eyes relax. [3.5 second pause] Your jaw unclenching. [3.5 second pause] Your whole face becoming smooth and peaceful. [3.5 second pause] Your entire body is now deeply relaxed. [3.5 second pause] Every muscle loose and comfortable. [3.5 second pause] As you drift into a pleasant state of deep, receptive relaxation.

And now, in this deeply relaxed state, I want you to imagine yourself in a place that feels completely right. [3.5 second pause] A comfortable, familiar space — perhaps your own living room, a favourite chair, a quiet room where you feel most yourself. [3.5 second pause] You are settled in, at ease. [3.5 second pause] And somewhere nearby, a screen is on. [3.5 second pause] The sound of a crowd, steady and alive, fills the air around you. [3.5 second pause] On that screen, women athletes are competing. [3.5 second pause] You can see them clearly. [3.5 second pause] Their movement is precise, powerful, and purposeful. [3.5 second pause] Notice how naturally your attention is drawn to them. [3.5 second pause] There is no effort in this. [3.5 second pause] Your eyes simply want to watch.
