New Subscriptions:You receive all credits upfront (monthly plans get credits immediately, annual plans get 12 months' worth).
Upgrading: You receive the difference in credits between your old and new plan.
Unused Credits: Subscription credits expire at billing period end. One-time credit packs never expire and are used after subscription credits.
