Hypnosis is simply focused relaxation. You stay in control. You can open your eyes at any time. If you drift, that is fine. My voice will guide you. Each time you use this session you go deeper and your results strengthen.

Today’s intention is clear. Your state creates your reality. You are installing the state of complete wealth, calm power, and creative genius. Abundance is natural for you. Luxury is normal. Freedom is your baseline. All old tension, wanting, and excess importance switch off while you listen. Ease switches on.

You will connect to your breath, relax your body, and count down. Then you will enter a deep, safe trance. Your subconscious will thank old beliefs for the lessons and let them go. It will install new beliefs that serve you fully. These will imprint into every cell so they feel obvious and normal.

If thoughts appear, notice them and let them pass like clouds. Return to the breath and the sound of the words. At the end I will count you up. You will feel refreshed, alert, and steady in your new state.
