Place your hands naturally at your sides or resting comfortably on your lap, whichever feels most natural. You can close your eyes now or wait for my instruction - either way is perfectly fine. This session is designed specifically for your needs as a professional free diver, focusing on developing the absolute mental control you require. You are completely safe throughout this process, and your unconscious mind will only accept suggestions that are beneficial and appropriate for you. If you need to move or adjust at any time, you can do so while remaining in the hypnotic state. This is your time to develop the mental lock that will serve you in the depths.
