Welcome to this hypnotherapy session designed to help you organize your thoughts and create mental clarity. Please find a comfortable position, either sitting in a supportive chair or lying down. Place your hands comfortably on your lap or at your sides. Keep your eyes open for now, and ensure you're in a place where you won't be disturbed. This session is not suitable while driving or operating machinery. If you need to become fully alert at any time, you can do so immediately by opening your eyes and taking a deep breath.
