Ex Back Hypnosis | Direct Suggestion

Welcome to this Gentle but strong reset, that works instantly. Allow your conscious to listen my voice and feel the change starting in few seconds. Lets start the journey. Take a long deep breath and loose your body. Find a comfortable position where you can relax undisturbed for the duration of this session. You may sit or lie down, whichever feels best for you. Allow your hands to rest naturally at your sides or on your lap, and keep your eyes gently closed as we begin. This is a safe space for you to explore your inner world, and you can return to full awareness whenever you choose. Simply listen and allow the process to unfold.

Bring your attention to this present moment. Notice what you can hear, feel, and sense right now. Without judgment, simply observe the sounds around you. Feel the contact of your body against the surface beneath you. Notice any sensations in your hands or feet. Your mind is already beginning to focus inward, isn't it? You know you're ready for this gentle shift in awareness.

As you observe your breath, imagine it as a gentle wave washing over you. With each inhale, you draw in calmness. With each exhale, you release any tension. There's no need to change anything; just be aware of this natural rhythm. Thoughts may come and go like clouds in the sky, and you can simply watch them drift by without holding on.

Now, allow your awareness to settle even more deeply within. Counting down from ten to one, each number guiding you to a state of peaceful receptivity. Ten. Sinking into stillness. Nine. Letting go of effort. Eight. More and more at ease. Seven. Deepening naturally. Six. Five. Four. Three. Two. One. Fully present in this moment of inner quiet.

In this space of mindful awareness, a subtle yet powerful shift begins within you. Like a seed planted in fertile soil, your inner alignment grows naturally. You find yourself radiating a gentle confidence and openness, without force or struggle. This energy is authentic and magnetic, drawing connections that feel right and true. Imagine a bridge being built from your heart, strong and steady, ready to welcome understanding and reconnection. Every breath reinforces this inner harmony, making it easier for others to see and appreciate your true essence.

As you carry this mindful state forward, notice how it influences your interactions. You approach situations with calm presence, allowing things to unfold organically. In conversations, you listen deeply and respond from a place of centered clarity. This subtle strength becomes a natural part of you, effortlessly inviting acceptance and mutual respect. Picture yourself in a future moment, feeling at peace with whatever unfolds, knowing you are aligned and open.

Gradually, begin to bring your awareness back to the room around you. Wiggle your fingers and toes gently, reconnecting with your physical body. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel refreshed and centered. When you're ready, open your eyes, carrying this mindful calmness with you.

Remember, this inner alignment continues to work within you, subtly and powerfully. Trust the process and allow it to unfold in its own time. Thank you for joining this session, and may you move forward with peace and openness.
