And so now, as you get comfortable… just let your gaze settle on a spot in front of you… any point above eye level will do.

That’s right.

Just breathe in through the nose… and out through the mouth.

As you listen to the sound of my voice… you may begin to notice how effortlessly your attention begins to drift… perhaps you’re becoming aware of the space between the words… or the way your eyelids feel… a little heavier now… or maybe not yet… and that’s perfectly fine too.

Because you’re doing this exactly right.

Let your eyes focus on that one point, as if you're looking through it, not at it.

And as you breathe in again now, you might begin to feel a gentle sensation starting behind your eyes… a soft pull… a wave of lightness… or heaviness… or something else entirely. That’s right.

Now take in a deep breath… hold it gently… and as you exhale… just allow those eyes to close for a brief moment… and then open again.

That’s it. Good.

And we’ll do that again — breathing in… eyes closing… drifting in just a little… and exhaling as they open again.

Each breath brings you deeper. Each blink brings you closer. Each time you close your eyes, even for a second, it’s like stepping a little further into the doorway… into the space where intuition lives… where your connection with Spirit begins to awaken again.

And now… with this next blink… let your eyes gently close and allow them to remain closed. Because something beautiful is beginning now.

Your conscious mind may drift… wander… even float a bit. And your subconscious — that deeper, wiser part of you — is beginning to listen in a new way. A sacred way.

Because as you listen to my voice, you’re surrounded now by only white light. A pure, radiant energy that acts like a guardian… a filter… a divine barrier of protection.

With each breath now, you feel it more — That glowing sense of being held. Guided. Watched over by Spirit, by your loved ones, by the Archangels who walk with you… and they are smiling. Because you’ve arrived.
