Settling In
Welcome to Night 2 of your REWIRE journey. Tonight is about clearing the mental noise, the static that keeps your mind spinning when you most need rest. Find a comfortable position, lying down is ideal for sleep hypnosis. Let your hands rest naturally at your sides or on your stomach, wherever feels most easeful. You may keep your eyes open or closed as we begin, allowing them to close whenever they feel ready. Tonight we use your breath as an anchor, a gentle rhythm to guide your attention away from thinking and into being. There is nothing you need to figure out. Nothing you need to do.
