Hypnosis for Complete Session Amnesia

Hey there, I'm glad we have this time together today. [3 second pause] As you're listening to my voice, find a comfortable position where you can sit or lie down without being disturbed. [3 second pause] Rest your hands naturally at your sides or on your lap, wherever feels easy and relaxed. [3 second pause] Keep your eyes open for now, just listening to me speak. [3 second pause] This session is designed to be safe and effective, and you can trust your unconscious mind to do exactly what's needed. [3 second pause] All you need to do is listen and let your mind do what it does best.

You know you're ready for this, aren't you? [1 second pause] Your mind is already beginning to focus on my voice, and part of you wants to just let go, doesn't it? [2 second pause] Feel yourself settling into this comfortable position, noticing how your body naturally wants to relax. [1 second pause] Each breath you take is helping you to become more and more relaxed. [2 second pause] I'm going to hypnotize you now. [1 second pause] You are already ready for this, and your analytical mind can take a break, can't it? [2 second pause] Just allow yourself to drift along with my words, feeling safe and secure. [1 second pause] Notice how easy it is to simply listen and follow along. [1 second pause] Your breathing is becoming slower and deeper now. [2 second pause] Each exhale releases any remaining tension. [1 second pause] With every word I speak, you're becoming more relaxed, more focused. [1 second pause] Your body is settling into this comfortable state naturally. [2 second pause] Feel the weight of relaxation beginning to spread through you. [1 second pause] Starting at the top of your head, moving down through your face and neck. [2 second pause] Your shoulders are releasing now, letting go of any stress or tension. [1 second pause] This feeling continues down your arms, through your chest, into your abdomen. [2 second pause] Place your hand against your forehead now. [1 second pause] That's right, just rest it there comfortably. [1 second pause] Notice how it stays there, feeling heavier with each second. [2 second pause] The weight is increasing, becoming more and more noticeable. [1 second pause] Your hand is beginning to feel as if it belongs there. [2 second pause] Try to move it... but you can't. [2 second pause] It's stuck there until I say release, and the harder you try, the more stuck it becomes. [1 second pause] This is perfectly natural, perfectly safe. [1 second pause] Your unconscious mind is responding beautifully to these suggestions. [2 second pause] Feel that heaviness spreading through your hand and up your arm. [1 second pause] This is your unconscious mind responding perfectly to my suggestions. [2 second pause] That's right. [1 second pause] Your hand is completely stuck there, demonstrating just how ready you are to go into trance. [2 second pause] Notice how this feeling of being controlled by my words is actually quite pleasant. [1 second pause] Your conscious mind can simply observe while your unconscious follows along. [2 second pause] You're doing so well, allowing yourself to experience this natural state of hypnosis. [1 second pause] Your body knows exactly what to do, doesn't it? [2 second pause] Each moment that passes, you're becoming more receptive, more open to my voice. [1 second pause] The outside world is fading away now, becoming less and less important. [2 second pause] Only my voice matters, only these words guiding you deeper. [1 second pause] When I count to three, your hand will drop down and you'll go deeper into this wonderful state of relaxation. [2 second pause] One... feeling the anticipation building. [1 second pause] Two... getting ready to let go completely. [1 second pause] Three... release. [2 second pause] Perfect. Feel yourself dropping deeper now, much deeper than before. [2 second pause] And now, just let your eyes close gently as you sink into this trance state. [1 second pause] Allowing yourself to drift deeper and deeper with each breath. [2 second pause] Completely relaxed, completely focused on my voice. [1 second pause] Your mind is becoming more and more receptive to everything I say. [2 second pause] Deeper and deeper into this comfortable, peaceful trance. [1 second pause] With each breath you take, you're going ten times deeper. [2 second pause] Ten times more relaxed, ten times more focused on my voice. [1 second pause] Your mind is like a calm, still pool of water now. [2 second pause] Peaceful, serene, and completely open to my suggestions. [1 second pause] This is your natural state, this deep, comfortable trance. [2 second pause] You belong here, in this space between waking and sleeping. [1 second pause] Completely safe, completely relaxed, completely under my guidance now.

As you drift deeper, I want you to notice how your thoughts begin to scatter, like leaves in a confusing wind. [6 second pause] There's no need to visualize anything—just feel the sensation of your mind becoming overloaded with random, meaningless fragments. [7 second pause] It's tricky, isn't it? [4 second pause] Part of you wants to analyze, but another part just wants to let it all blur together. [6 second pause] And that's exactly what's happening now. [5 second pause] Your conscious mind is getting lost in a maze of sensations, each one more distracting than the last. [8 second pause] Feel the weight of your body, the rhythm of your breath, and let it all become a confusing jumble that your analytical side can't quite grasp. [7 second pause]

Ten. [3 second pause] Sinking deeper into this overload, where memories dissolve like smoke. [2 second pause] But wait, something's pulling you back up. [1 second pause] Wake up for just a moment. [2 second pause] Eyes open, feeling alert. [1 second pause] And now, immediately back down. [2 second pause] Nine. [3 second pause] Deeper still, with each number pulling you further from conscious processing. [2 second pause] But again, rising up slightly, almost awake. [1 second pause] Can you feel that confusion? [2 second pause] And dropping back down instantly. [3 second pause] Eight. [2 second pause] Your mind is fractionating now, bouncing between states so fast that nothing sticks. [1 second pause] Up again, briefly conscious. [1 second pause] Down again, deeper than before. [2 second pause] Up. [1 second pause] Down. [2 second pause] Seven. [3 second pause] And with each count, you're letting go more, aren't you? [2 second pause] Rising to the surface momentarily. [1 second pause] Sinking back down immediately. [2 second pause] This constant shifting is so disorienting. [3 second pause] Six. [2 second pause] The energy is tricky, confusing, and it's working perfectly. [1 second pause] Wake up briefly. [1 second pause] Sleep deeply. [2 second pause] Wake. [1 second pause] Sleep. [2 second pause] Your mind can't keep track anymore. [3 second pause] Five. [2 second pause] Deeper into trance, where amnesia begins to take hold. [1 second pause] But surfacing again for just an instant. [1 second pause] And plunging back down, losing your place completely. [2 second pause] Where were you? [1 second pause] What number was that? [3 second pause] Four. [2 second pause] Feel a mild, distracting sensation, maybe warmth, maybe tingling, that keeps your conscious mind occupied. [1 second pause] Rising up, almost alert. [1 second pause] Dropping down, completely gone. [2 second pause] The confusion is building beautifully. [3 second pause] Three. [2 second pause] Almost there, with your thoughts scattering like dust in a storm. [1 second pause] Up to consciousness briefly. [1 second pause] Down into the depths again. [2 second pause] Each transition erasing what came before. [3 second pause] Two. [2 second pause] Deep, deep trance, where nothing from this session will be remembered. [1 second pause] Wake up one more time. [1 second pause] And now sink deeper than ever before. [2 second pause] So deep that even this confusion fades away. [4 second pause] One. [3 second pause] The fractionation has scrambled everything perfectly. [2 second pause] Zero, and now you're fully immersed, with your conscious mind blissfully unaware of this beautiful, confusing journey you've just taken.

In this deep state, your unconscious mind is fully receptive, and it will accept one simple post-hypnotic suggestion. [2 second pause] After this session ends, you will feel an urge to stretch your arms upward and take three deep, refreshing breaths. [1 second pause] That's all—just stretch and breathe three times, and it will feel natural and invigorating. [1 second pause] But here's the interesting thing: as you do this simple action, you will discover that your conscious mind becomes wonderfully blank about this session. [2 second pause] The words dissolve like sugar in water, the sounds fade like echoes in a canyon, the sensations slip away like sand through fingers. [1 second pause] Your analytical mind, that part that usually remembers everything, becomes confused, overloaded, overwhelmed by the complexity of what happened here. [1 second pause] Too many layers, too many meanings, too much information all at once for your conscious awareness to hold onto. [2 second pause] And that's absolutely perfect, because your unconscious mind knows exactly what to do with everything important. [1 second pause] The conscious forgets while the unconscious remembers what serves you. [1 second pause] Every word spoken here becomes like a dream that slips away the moment you try to grasp it. [2 second pause] The harder your mind tries to remember, the more it forgets, like trying to hold water in your hands. [1 second pause] Each attempt to recall creates more confusion, more fog, more beautiful blankness. [1 second pause] It's already happening now, isn't it? The details becoming fuzzy, unclear, distant. [2 second pause] Was it five minutes or fifty? Were there words or just sounds? [1 second pause] Did something important happen or was it just relaxation? [1 second pause] The questions themselves create more amnesia, more wonderful forgetting. [2 second pause] Your mind becomes like a computer that's been reset, wiped clean, refreshed and ready. [1 second pause] The session dissolves into nothingness, leaving only the simple urge to stretch and breathe when you emerge. [1 second pause] Three stretches, three breaths, and complete amnesia for everything else. [2 second pause] The memories scatter like leaves in the wind, impossible to gather, impossible to recall. [1 second pause] And with each passing moment in this deep state, the amnesia becomes stronger, more complete, more permanent. [1 second pause] Your conscious mind releases its grip on these experiences, letting them flow away into the vast ocean of forgotten dreams. [2 second pause] Only the unconscious retains what truly matters, filing it away in places your conscious mind cannot access. [1 second pause] The session becomes a blank space, a peaceful void, a restful emptiness in your memory. [1 second pause] And this amnesia feels good, feels right, feels natural and effortless. [2 second pause] Like forgetting a dream upon waking, like losing track of time in deep sleep, like the natural way your mind releases what it doesn't need to consciously hold. [1 second pause] The forgetting happens automatically, completely, perfectly. [1 second pause] And the more you try to remember later, the more the amnesia deepens, the more complete the forgetting becomes. [2 second pause] Each word I've spoken begins to fade even now, becoming distant and unclear. [1 second pause] The sound of my voice becomes just background noise, meaningless vibrations that your mind cannot hold onto. [1 second pause] Your memory of this time becomes like trying to remember what you dreamed three nights ago. [2 second pause] Vague impressions that slip away the moment you focus on them. [1 second pause] The amnesia spreads through your awareness like gentle waves, washing away each trace of conscious memory. [1 second pause] What was said here? What happened in this room? [1 second pause] The questions create only pleasant blankness, comfortable confusion. [2 second pause] Your mind finds it easier to simply let go, to release the need to remember consciously. [1 second pause] The unconscious holds what serves you while the conscious mind becomes beautifully empty of these details. [1 second pause] Like water flowing downstream, the memories of this session flow away from your conscious awareness. [2 second pause] And when you stretch those three times and breathe deeply, the last traces of conscious memory will dissolve completely. [1 second pause] Leaving you refreshed, renewed, and peacefully unaware of what transpired here. [1 second pause] The amnesia is complete, total, and absolutely natural. [2 second pause] Like morning mist that vanishes in sunlight, these memories evaporate from your conscious mind. [1 second pause] Each breath you take in this deep state carries away more traces of what happened here. [1 second pause] The words become echoes, the echoes become whispers, the whispers become silence. [2 second pause] Your mind naturally sorts what to remember and what to forget, and this session falls into the category of beautiful forgetting. [1 second pause] The amnesia deepens with each heartbeat, each breath, each moment of this profound relaxation. [1 second pause] What brought you here today? [1 second pause] What was discussed? [1 second pause] The answers float away like clouds drifting across an empty sky. [2 second pause] Your conscious mind becomes a clean slate, wiped clear of these experiences. [1 second pause] The therapeutic work continues in your unconscious while your conscious awareness remains blissfully blank. [1 second pause] This forgetting protects you, serves you, allows the deeper work to unfold without interference. [2 second pause] Like a protective veil drawn across these memories, the amnesia shields them from conscious scrutiny. [1 second pause] The session becomes a gap in time, a peaceful pause in your conscious experience. [1 second pause] You came here, you will leave refreshed, and everything in between dissolves into comfortable nothingness. [2 second pause] The amnesia wraps around these memories like soft cotton, muffling them, obscuring them, making them unreachable. [1 second pause] Your mind accepts this forgetting as natural, normal, beneficial. [1 second pause] Like the way you naturally forget the feeling of falling asleep, these experiences slip beyond conscious recall. [2 second pause] The harder you might try to remember, the deeper the amnesia becomes, the more complete the forgetting grows. [1 second pause] It's a perfect system, protecting what needs protection, releasing what needs release. [1 second pause] Your unconscious mind smiles at this elegant solution, this beautiful amnesia that serves your highest good. [2 second pause] The session fades like footprints in sand, erased by the gentle waves of forgetting. [1 second pause] What remains is only the simple instruction: stretch three times, breathe deeply, and emerge refreshed. [1 second pause] Everything else becomes part of the vast library of forgotten experiences, filed away beyond conscious reach. [2 second pause] The amnesia is now complete, total, and permanent for your conscious mind. [1 second pause] Like a book written in invisible ink, these memories exist but cannot be read by your conscious awareness. [1 second pause] And this feels perfectly natural, perfectly right, perfectly protective and healing. [2 second pause]

Imagine, just for a moment, what it might be like when you naturally return to full awareness. [3 second pause] You'll find yourself opening your eyes, feeling wonderfully refreshed and alert, and you might notice how your conscious mind simply... forgets to remember this peaceful time. [3 second pause] Then, almost as if your body knows exactly what to do, you'll discover yourself stretching those arms up high and taking three deep, satisfying breaths. [2 second pause] It will feel so perfectly natural, so automatic, and your conscious mind won't even wonder why—it will just seem like the right thing to do in that moment. [3 second pause] And should anyone happen to ask about your experience, you'll find yourself saying you had a lovely, restful break, and your mind will have simply... misplaced... any specific details about hypnosis or particular suggestions. [3 second pause] Because your unconscious mind has learned to keep what serves you and allow everything else to drift away, like morning mist that simply dissolves when the sun rises. [2 second pause] Your conscious awareness will return completely clear and focused, carrying only the feelings of refreshment and well-being, while everything else remains safely stored in that deeper part of your mind where it belongs. [3 second pause] And that's perfectly natural, isn't it, how the mind knows exactly what to remember and what to let go of? [2 second pause] Just like how you naturally forget the details of dreams upon waking, keeping only the feeling they left behind. [3 second pause] Your body will feel energized and comfortable, your mind will feel clear and at ease, and you'll simply step forward into your day with this wonderful sense of having had a perfect rest. [2 second pause] The specific words and suggestions will fade like echoes in a distant room, while the positive feelings and benefits remain with you, integrated naturally into your being. [3 second pause] And when you do return to full awareness, you'll find that everything has worked exactly as it should, your unconscious mind having taken care of everything perfectly, leaving your conscious mind free to focus on whatever comes next in your day. [2 second pause]

Now, it's time to come back gently. [5 second pause] I'll count from one to five, and with each number, you'll return more to waking awareness. [6 second pause] One... [4 second pause] beginning to feel your body again. [5 second pause] Two... [3 second pause] memories of this session already fading fast. [6 second pause] Three... [4 second pause] almost awake, with the amnesia firmly in place. [5 second pause] Four... [3 second pause] eyes still closed, ready to open when I say. [4 second pause] Five... open your eyes now, fully alert and refreshed. [8 second pause]
