Present Moment Awareness Hypnosis | Body Scan Induction

Before we begin, find a comfortable position either sitting with your back supported or lying down. [3 second pause] Place your hands wherever feels natural, whether that's resting in your lap or at your sides. [3 second pause] You may keep your eyes open for now, as we'll begin with gentle awareness exercises. [3 second pause] This session is designed to be safe and peaceful. [3 second pause] If you need to become fully alert at any time, you can simply open your eyes and return to full wakefulness. [3 second pause] Remember that you are always in control of your experience.

Bring your attention to this present moment. [4 second pause] Notice what you can hear, feel, and sense right now. [5 second pause] Become aware of any sounds in your environment, both near and far. [6 second pause] Notice how these sounds naturally come and go, like waves on a shore. [7 second pause] Now, bring your attention to the feeling of your body being supported. [5 second pause] Notice the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you. [6 second pause] And when you're ready, allow your eyes to gently close, knowing you can open them at any time. [8 second pause] Feel the natural rhythm of your breath, without trying to change it. [6 second pause] Simply observing each breath as it flows in and out. [8 second pause]

As you continue to rest in awareness, imagine yourself surrounded by a gentle, soft light. [5 second pause] This light represents your own consciousness, your ability to observe and be present. [6 second pause] It's not necessary to do anything with your thoughts or feelings. [5 second pause] Simply allow them to come and go, like clouds passing through a vast, open sky. [8 second pause] Notice how this awareness itself is always present, always here. [7 second pause] Like a calm ocean beneath the waves of thought and sensation. [8 second pause]

With each breath, you can allow yourself to settle more deeply into this present-moment awareness. [6 second pause] Notice how your body naturally becomes more relaxed as you simply observe. [7 second pause] Any tension can simply melt away, dissolving into the ground beneath you. [8 second pause] The deeper you go, the more clearly you can observe each moment as it unfolds. [10 second pause] Time seems to slow down, as your awareness expands. [12 second pause] Each breath bringing you deeper into this peaceful state of mindful awareness. [15 second pause]

In this state of mindful awareness, you discover that you can observe your thoughts without becoming caught up in them. [7 second pause] You are not your thoughts - you are the awareness that notices them. [8 second pause] This awareness is always available to you, a peaceful refuge in any moment. [9 second pause] With practice, you naturally find yourself returning to this present-moment awareness throughout your day. [8 second pause] You notice more details in your daily life, appreciating the simple beauty of each moment. [7 second pause] Your mind becomes clearer, more focused, more present. [8 second pause] And you find it easier to respond to life's challenges with calm awareness rather than automatic reaction. [10 second pause]

Imagine yourself tomorrow, naturally pausing throughout your day to connect with this present-moment awareness. [8 second pause] See yourself handling challenging situations with greater ease and clarity. [7 second pause] Feel how this mindful awareness brings a sense of spaciousness to your experience. [8 second pause] Picture yourself moving through your days with greater presence and peace, knowing you can always return to this state of mindful awareness. [10 second pause]

Now, gradually begin to bring your awareness back to your physical body. [6 second pause] Notice the feeling of the surface supporting you. [5 second pause] Become aware of the sounds in your environment. [6 second pause] Begin to make small movements with your fingers and toes. [5 second pause] Take a deeper breath, feeling energy and alertness returning. [6 second pause] And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes, bringing this mindful awareness with you. Remember that this state of mindful awareness is always available to you. [5 second pause] You can return to it at any time, simply by bringing your attention to the present moment.
