Let your hands rest naturally, either at your sides or gently on your lap, whichever feels most natural to you. You don't need to do anything with them tonight. Close your eyes now, or if you prefer, let them soften and lower gently as we begin. What we do tonight is simple: your unconscious mind does not easily distinguish between a vividly imagined experience and a real one.
