Now we take that foundation deeper, specifically addressing those daytime moments that still feel challenging. The bright light of day, the openness of a cafe, the visibility of a street approach. These situations can feel more exposed, more vulnerable than the softer atmosphere of evening venues. But here's what's interesting. The same confidence, the same fearlessness you've been developing, it works anywhere. Your unconscious mind doesn't know the difference between night and day. It only knows what you've taught it. And today, we teach it something new. Find a comfortable position now, either sitting or lying down. Let your hands rest naturally at your sides or on your lap. You may close your eyes when you're ready to begin. This session is safe, gentle, and designed for your highest good.

Building on what you've learned and experienced already. [5 second pause] Your mind knows the way down into that comfortable, relaxed state. [4 second pause] You've been there before. [5 second pause] And you can return there now, even more easily, even more quickly. [6 second pause] Taking a deep breath in. [4 second pause] And as you exhale, feel that familiar wave of relaxation beginning to wash through you. [5 second pause] That's right. [4 second pause] Your body remembers how to let go. [5 second pause] Your mind remembers how to drift into that deeply relaxed, receptive state. [6 second pause] And as you continue breathing naturally and easily, notice how each breath takes you deeper. [5 second pause] Without any effort at all. [4 second pause] Just allowing. [6 second pause] Nothing to do but relax and receive. [5 second pause] Three. [6 second pause] So incredibly deep. [5 second pause] Two. [6 second pause] Almost there. [5 second pause] One. [8 second pause] Deeper than you've ever been before. [6 second pause] So open. [5 second pause] So ready. [6 second pause]

As you've been practicing and growing, you've already discovered something profound. [6 second pause] That fearlessness is your natural state. [5 second pause] It's always been there, waiting beneath the surface. [6 second pause] And now you've been accessing it more and more. [5 second pause] But there's something interesting about daylight. [6 second pause] Something your unconscious mind is ready to understand in a new way. [5 second pause] You see, the brightness of day doesn't expose you. [5 second pause] It illuminates possibilities. [6 second pause] The sun doesn't make you more visible in a vulnerable way. [5 second pause] It simply shines on opportunities for connection. [6 second pause] And your unconscious mind is learning now that daytime approaches are actually more natural. [5 second pause] More authentic. [6 second pause] In a bar, there's music, there's alcohol, there's an expectation of social interaction. [5 second pause] But during the day, in a cafe or on the street, a conversation is genuine. [6 second pause] It's real. [5 second pause] And that's actually easier. [6 second pause] Because you're not performing. [5 second pause] You're simply being yourself. [6 second pause] Approaching someone during the day is the most natural thing in the world. [5 second pause] People do it all the time. [6 second pause] And now, so do you. [5 second pause] Without thinking about it. [5 second pause] Without hesitation. [6 second pause] You see someone attractive, and your body responds with calm confidence. [5 second pause] Your feet carry you forward naturally. [6 second pause] Your voice comes out steady and relaxed. [5 second pause] Because you have no attachment to the outcome. [6 second pause] You learned this already. [5 second pause] And now it extends to every moment of every day. [6 second pause] Walking down the street, you notice someone beautiful. [5 second pause] And there's no spike of anxiety. [5 second pause] No tightness in your chest. [6 second pause] There's just a calm awareness. [5 second pause] A simple choice. [6 second pause] Do I want to say something? [5 second pause] And if the answer is yes, you simply do. [6 second pause] The words come easily. [5 second pause] Whatever you want to say. [5 second pause] A comment about something you both notice. [6 second pause] A genuine compliment. [5 second pause] A playful observation. [6 second pause] It doesn't matter what you say, because your energy is relaxed. [5 second pause] Your intention is simply to connect, without needing anything in return. [6 second pause] And if she's not interested, if she walks away, if she doesn't respond positively. [5 second pause] It means nothing about you. [6 second pause] You already know this. [5 second pause] You've practiced this understanding. [6 second pause] Her response is her response. [5 second pause] It's information, not judgment. [6 second pause] And you remain exactly as you were before. [5 second pause] Centered. [5 second pause] Confident. [5 second pause] Complete. [8 second pause]

Now I want you to experience a moment in the near future. [6 second pause] See yourself walking down a street during the day. [5 second pause] The sun is bright. [5 second pause] People are all around. [6 second pause] And you notice someone attractive walking toward you. [5 second pause] Feel what happens in your body. [6 second pause] Notice the absence of fear. [5 second pause] Notice the calm that spreads through you. [6 second pause] And as you pass by, you say something. [5 second pause] Whatever comes naturally. [6 second pause] Maybe you simply smile and say hello. [5 second pause] Maybe you make a comment about something you both see. [6 second pause] It feels completely natural. [5 second pause] Like the most normal thing in the world. [6 second pause] Because it is. [5 second pause] And whatever her response, you continue on your way feeling good. [6 second pause] Feeling proud of yourself for being authentic. [5 second pause] For expressing without attachment. [6 second pause] Now imagine sitting in a cafe. [5 second pause] Daylight streaming through the windows. [6 second pause] You see someone beautiful at another table. [5 second pause] In the past, this might have felt intimidating. [6 second pause] But now, you feel only a quiet curiosity. [5 second pause] A gentle openness. [6 second pause] And without even deciding to, you find yourself walking over. [5 second pause] Not with a rehearsed line. [5 second pause] Just with presence. [6 second pause] You say whatever you want to say. [5 second pause] And it's easy. [6 second pause] It's natural. [5 second pause] Because you've released the need for any particular outcome. [6 second pause] You're simply there, being yourself, offering connection. [5 second pause] And that freedom shows in your eyes. [6 second pause] In your voice. [5 second pause] In your relaxed posture. [6 second pause] This is who you are now. [5 second pause] Fearless in daylight. [5 second pause] Fearless in darkness. In a moment, I'm going to count from one up to five. [5 second pause] When I reach five, you'll be fully alert, fully awake, feeling wonderful and confident. [5 second pause] One.
