Welcome to this hypnotherapy session designed to help you develop fearless confidence when approaching and speaking with attractive women in bars, on the street, or in cafes. Before we begin, find a comfortable position where you can relax completely without interruption. You may sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor, or lie down on a soft surface. Allow your hands to rest gently at your sides or on your lap, whichever feels most natural for you. If you wear glasses, you may set them aside. You can begin with your eyes open or closed, whichever you prefer. There is nothing you need to do except listen to the sound of my voice and allow yourself to drift into a pleasant state of relaxation. You remain in complete control throughout this experience, and you can emerge from this state whenever you choose by simply opening your eyes. Now, take a moment to settle in, and when you are ready, we will begin.

Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose... hold it for a moment... and as you exhale completely, allow your eyes to gently close. [5 second pause] That's right. [4 second pause] Now, bring your attention to the very tips of your toes. [3 second pause] Imagine a warm, golden light beginning to gather there. [4 second pause] As this warmth spreads slowly up through your feet and into your ankles, you may notice how good it feels to simply let go. [5 second pause] This relaxation moves up into your calves and knees... softening every muscle... releasing all tension.
