Deeper Confidence Within (Session 4)

Welcome back. You've already begun this journey, and today we'll go deeper. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Place your hands on your lap or at your sides. You may close your eyes now or keep them open softly, whatever feels right. Just allow yourself to settle in. I'll guide you through a mindfulness-based hypnosis that builds on what you've already learned. There's nothing to do but listen and let your unconscious mind absorb the suggestions.

Bring your attention to this present moment. [4 second pause] Notice what you can hear, feel, and sense right now. [5 second pause] As you've been doing in your daily practice, simply observe whatever arises without judgment. [6 second pause] Perhaps you notice the contact of your body with the chair or floor. [4 second pause] The air touching your skin. [5 second pause] And the rhythm of your breath, natural and easy. [6 second pause] You're already more aware of the present than a moment ago. [4 second pause] And that awareness is the gateway to deeper trance. [5 second pause]

Imagine a familiar place within your mind, a sanctuary you visited in our first session. [6 second pause] Perhaps it's a quiet garden or a peaceful room. [5 second pause] Notice how it feels even more vivid now. [4 second pause] The colors, the sounds, the gentle stillness. [6 second pause] This is your inner space of calm, where you've been practicing letting go. [5 second pause] And as you rest here, you realize that this peace is always with you, accessible at any moment. [6 second pause] Building on what you've learned, you now know that this calm is your natural state. [5 second pause]

With each breath, you sink a little deeper into this sanctuary. [6 second pause] Ten. [8 second pause] Sinking deeper into relaxation. [4 second pause] Nine. [6 second pause] Deeper still, as your mind becomes soft and receptive. [6 second pause] Eight. [8 second pause] Every sound, every sensation, pulls you deeper. [5 second pause] Seven. [6 second pause] Deeper into the peaceful space within. [6 second pause] Six. [8 second pause] Your unconscious mind is now fully open to positive change. [5 second pause] Five. [6 second pause] Four. [7 second pause] Three. [6 second pause] Two. [8 second pause] One. [10 second pause]

In this deep state, you can revisit a recent experience where you felt a hint of anxiety when approaching someone. [6 second pause] But now, watch it from a distance, like a cloud passing in the sky. [5 second pause] Notice that the cloud is smaller than before, less dense. [6 second pause] As you observe, it begins to dissolve, revealing clear blue sky. [5 second pause] That clear sky is your confidence, always present underneath. [6 second pause] And you feel it growing stronger, more solid. [5 second pause] You remember a time you felt completely at ease interacting with someone, perhaps a friend or a stranger. [6 second pause] That feeling of calm connection is now available to you whenever you choose. [5 second pause] Your unconscious mind is learning to automatically respond with relaxation and confidence when you see someone you're attracted to. [8 second pause] Your smile comes easily. [4 second pause] Your words flow naturally. [5 second pause] You are worthy of connection. [6 second pause] You are enough, exactly as you are. [7 second pause]

Now imagine yourself tomorrow, walking down a street. [5 second pause] You see someone you'd like to meet. [6 second pause] Notice how your body feels calm and centered. [5 second pause] Your breath stays even. [4 second pause] A gentle warmth spreads through your chest. [6 second pause] You make eye contact easily, with a soft, genuine smile. [7 second pause] You say hello, and your voice is steady. [5 second pause] The conversation unfolds naturally, without effort. [6 second pause] You are present, listening, and authentic. [7 second pause] And whether it leads to a romantic connection or not, you feel proud of yourself for showing up. [6 second pause] Each interaction builds more confidence for the next. [8 second pause]

Now it's time to slowly bring your awareness back to this room. [4 second pause] I'll count from one to five. [3 second pause] One, gently becoming aware of your surroundings. [4 second pause] Two, feeling energy return to your body. [4 second pause] Three, noticing the breath flowing more fully. [4 second pause] Four, eyes ready to open. [4 second pause] Five, eyes open now, fully awake, refreshed, and confident. [5 second pause]

Take a moment to appreciate yourself for taking this time. [4 second pause] The changes you're making are real and lasting. [5 second pause] You can listen to this session again to deepen further.
