I'm going to hypnotize you now. [4 second pause] You are already ready for this, aren't you? [5 second pause] Your mind is beginning to focus completely on my voice. [8 second pause] The walls of this sanctuary are made of pure love and acceptance, shimmering with an energy that dissolves all fear and doubt. [10 second pause] Releasing old patterns of fear. [8 second pause] Seven. [11 second pause] Opening to new possibilities of connection. [9 second pause] Six. [12 second pause] Five.
