Hey there, I'm glad we have this time together today. As you're listening to my voice, I want you to know that this session is designed to help you build that inner strength to say no without guilt. Before we begin, find yourself a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, whatever feels right for you. Let your hands rest naturally at your sides or on your lap, wherever they feel most comfortable. You can close your eyes now, or keep them open for a moment longer if you prefer. This is your time, your space, and you're completely safe here. I want you to know that everything we do together is designed for your highest good, and your unconscious mind will only accept suggestions that are beneficial for you. If at any point you need to return to full awareness, you can simply open your eyes and you'll be completely alert and refreshed.
