Settling In
Before we begin, I want you to find a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed for the next 30 minutes. You can either sit comfortably in a chair with your back supported, or lie down on your bed or couch. Allow your hands to rest naturally at your sides or gently on your lap, whatever feels most comfortable for you. You can keep your eyes open for now, as I'll guide you when to close them. This session is completely safe and you remain in control at all times. You can emerge from this state whenever you choose simply by opening your eyes and taking a deep breath. If you fall asleep during this session, that's perfectly fine - your unconscious mind will still receive all the positive suggestions. Now, just allow yourself to settle in and prepare for a wonderful journey of transformation.
