Can hypnosis really help me stop being overwhelmed by anxiety and fear?

Yes. Hypnosis works by accessing the subconscious patterns that label arousal as dangerous. This session retrains your nervous system to observe intense feelings without fusing with them, so you can redirect that energy instead of being controlled by it.

What does it mean to transmute anxiety into energy?

Transmutation means recognizing that anxiety, jealousy, and fear are all forms of physiological arousal. Rather than fighting or fleeing the sensation, you learn to strip the threatening label, pendulate between tension and safety, and consciously redirect that charge into presence, passion, or focused action.

What is the pendulation technique used in this session?

Pendulation is a somatic technique where you deliberately shift attention between a tense area of the body and a neutral or safe area, such as your foot on the floor. This teaches your brain that it can hold both discomfort and safety simultaneously, reducing the threat response over time.

How many times should I listen to this hypnosis session to see results?

Many listeners notice a shift after a single session, but consistent practice across several weeks tends to produce lasting changes in how the nervous system responds to emotional spikes. Listening two to three times per week while actively applying the three steps in daily life will accelerate results.

Is this session suitable for people who experience panic attacks?

This session is designed for general anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm. If you experience clinical panic disorder or a diagnosed anxiety condition, it is best used as a complement to professional care rather than a standalone treatment. Always consult a qualified mental health professional for clinical concerns.

The Alchemist

Learn to transmute anxiety, fear, and jealousy into focus and presence with this guided hypnosis session. Train your nervous system to own its energy.

Who this is for

You find yourself overwhelmed by intense emotions like anxiety, jealousy, or fear, and struggle to function when your nervous system spikes. You tend to label uncomfortable feelings as threats and shrink away from them rather than harnessing their power. You are ready to stop fearing your own inner energy and start using it as fuel.

What you will feel

After listening, you will feel a steady, grounded sense of mastery over your own emotional states, as if you have a dial you can actually work with. Sensations that once felt like threats will begin to register as raw energy available to you. You will carry a quiet confidence that no emotional curveball can knock you off center.

The Full Session Script

Read the script below. Personalize it with your own name, goals, and voice — then generate your audio.

Settling In

In this session, we are going to build a universal skill. We are going to train your nervous system to stop fearing its own energy. Whether it is the heat of jealousy, the cold of rejection, or the speed of anxiety, the raw material is always the same: it is just arousal. Today, you become the Alchemist. You will learn to take that raw lead and turn it into gold.

Relaxation

Close your eyes and drop into the body. Signal safety immediately with the breath. Inhale for 4. 1 2 3 4 Hold for 7. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Exhale for 8. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

Feel the Brown Belt settle. Heavy hips. Dense bones. You are a container strong enough to hold any chemical reaction. Scan your body right now. Notice the temperature of your skin. Notice the weight of your limbs. Notice the beat of your heart. You are the observer. You are the scientist in the lab.

The Scene

Imagine you are standing in a high-tech Laboratory of the Mind. In the center of the room is a large Control Console with a single, large dial. This dial controls the "Energy Level" of your body. Right now, it is set to "1" - Calm. We are going to practice turning it up, just a little, to practice your skills.

Going Deeper

In a moment, I want you to imagine grabbing that dial and turning it to a "3." Imagine a situation that gives you a little spike of adrenaline. Maybe a difficult email, or a moment of rushing. Turn the dial. Feel the shift. Maybe a slight tightening in the chest. A little heat in the neck. Good. Don't fight it. Just observe it. Now, turn it to a "5." Imagine a moment of real uncertainty. A feeling of "Am I enough?" Feel the energy rise. The heart beats faster. The stomach tightens. Freeze the frame. Do not let the "Old Man" tell a story about this feeling. Do not label it as "Fear." Do not label it as "Jealousy." It is just Energy.

The Work

Now, perform the Transmutation. **Step 1: Strip the Label.** Look at that tightness in the chest. Describe it as physics. "It is a contraction. It is a vibration. It is heat." Realize that "Contraction" is not dangerous. It is just a muscle doing work.

**Step 2: Pendulate.** Shift your focus away from the chest. Find your left foot. Feel the ground. It is cool. It is still. Feel the safety in your foot. Now, shift back to the chest. Notice if the sensation has changed. You are showing your brain that you are big enough to have *both* tension and safety at the same time.

**Step 3: Transmute.** That energy in your chest is "Gas in the Tank." It wants to move. Imagine you can breathe that red energy *up* from your stomach, into your heart, and out into your shoulders. Imagine it turning into Gold armor. That anxiety is now Presence. That jealousy is now Passion. That fear is now Focus. Say to yourself: "I accept this energy. I use this energy."

Future Rehearsal

Now, imagine a future moment. The world throws a curveball. The arousal hits. The dial goes to a "7." The Old You would shrink and call it "Fear." The Alchemist expands. You feel the hit. You say: "Hello, Energy." You strip the label. You breathe into the hips. You channel that fire into your voice, your eyes, your actions. You do not need to be calm to be effective. You just need to be the owner of the energy.

Returning

Turn the dial back down to a "1." Cool, calm, and collected. Counting up. 1 Feeling the mastery in your nervous system. 2 Knowing you can handle any voltage. 3 Mind sharp and ready. 4 Taking a deep breath of power. 5 Eyes open. The Alchemist.

Closing

Transmute the lead.
