The relaxation flows up through your hips , your lower back , and your abdomen. Feel your chest and upper back softening and releasing. Your shoulders dropping away from your ears. Your arms becoming heavy and peaceful.

Now the relaxation reaches your neck , your jaw , and all the muscles in your face. Even your scalp is releasing any remaining tension.

2... feeling so peaceful now, as if wrapped in a warm blanket of pure relaxation.

1... arriving at the deepest level, where time seems to slow down and every breath brings perfect peace.

The elevator doors open to reveal a special place of complete and total relaxation, where every breath draws you deeper into this wonderful state of calm. Your mind is clear, your body is completely at ease, and you're ready to accept positive changes at the deepest level.
