Welcome to this hypnotherapy session designed to help you connect with your inner light. Please find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. You may either sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor, or lie down on a bed or couch. Place your hands comfortably on your lap or at your sides. Keep your eyes open for now, as I'll guide you when to close them. This session is not intended to replace any medical or psychological treatment.
