Your entire lower body now deeply relaxed, as heavy as lead and as comfortable as floating. The relaxation flows into your hips and lower back, like a warm bath of tranquility. Up through your spine, each vertebra releasing and settling, one by one, like pearls on a string of pure comfort.
Feel your shoulders dropping away from your ears, as if all the weight of the world is melting away. Down your arms to your fingertips, all tension melting away like snow in warm sunlight. Each finger becoming completely loose and relaxed. Your hands so heavy they seem to melt into the surface beneath them.
Your neck and throat relaxing completely, like butter melting in the warm sun. Your jaw becoming soft and loose, letting go of any tension you've been holding there. Your tongue relaxing in your mouth, your lips soft and peaceful. Your entire face relaxing, forehead smooth and peaceful, as if being gently massaged by invisible hands. Your eyelids becoming so heavy, as if they're weighted with pure relaxation. Every muscle, every fiber of your being, drifting deeper and deeper into perfect, peaceful relaxation.
