Tonight is about integration, bringing together everything you've experienced and learned this week, and receiving a simple anchor you can use anytime to return to this calm, rewired state. You are safe. You are ready. Let's begin.
Relaxation
You know exactly how to do this by now, don't you? Your mind and body have learned the way down into this beautiful state over the past week. You've practiced this. You've experienced it. And some part of you is already beginning to slip into that familiar, comfortable trance, isn't it? That's right. No need to force anything. No need to try. Your unconscious mind knows the path. It's walked this path six times before. And now, on this seventh night, the path is well-worn, easy, natural. You can already feel yourself wanting to let go, can't you? That part of you that knows how to surrender, how to sink, how to drift. Your eyes are probably feeling heavy already, aren't they? Even if they're already closed, there's a heaviness to them, a sense that they just want to stay closed, relaxed, comfortable. And you don't need to resist that feeling. You can simply allow it.
