How to Generate Audio from Your Script
Learn how to transform your written hypnosis script into high-quality audio with natural-sounding AI voices.

Prerequisites
- •A completed script open in the editor
- •Credits available in your account
Step-by-Step Guide
Finish your script first
Audio reads exactly what's written, so make sure every section is filled out and reads the way you want. If you see a 'Notation could be optimized' note, you can run Fix notation first to clean up pacing — but it's optional, the audio step does this too.
Open the Voice & audio panel
In the editor, click the voice pill in the top bar, or the 'Fix Notation and Generate Audio' button. The Voice & audio panel opens on the right, where voice, pace, and the credit estimate all live together.
Choose a voice
Your current voice is shown at the top with a 'Hear a sample' button. Click 'Browse all voices' to open the full roster — search by name or filter by gender and accent, and preview any voice with its 'Sample' button. Premium voices are marked with a badge.
Set the pace (optional)
Use the Pace slider to speed up or slow down delivery. Slower pacing suits sleep and deep-relaxation sessions; a more natural pace suits morning or visualization sessions. See the 'Control Audio Speed' tutorial for the full breakdown.
Check duration and credits
The summary in the panel shows the number of sections, the estimated audio duration, the credit cost (roughly 1 credit per minute of audio), and your balance afterward. Make sure you have enough credits before generating.
Generate the audio
Click 'Fix Notation and Generate Audio'. We tidy up notation across your sections, then start generating. This usually takes a couple of minutes depending on the session length.
Keep browsing while it works
Generation runs in the background. A floating progress indicator tracks the status, so you can keep editing or leave the page — you'll be notified when the audio is ready.
Listen to your session
When it's finished you're taken to the listen page (or find it in your Library). From there you can play it, follow along with the transcript, and download it for offline listening.
Tips & Best Practices
- Preview voices with 'Sample' before committing — tone matters as much as the words
- Longer sessions cost more credits because audio is priced by the minute
- Add [break] and [long-break] cues in your script for deliberate pauses in the audio
- Slower pace (via the Pace slider) deepens relaxation; keep it natural for energizing sessions
- If a section reads awkwardly, refine it with Magic Enhance before generating the full audio
Troubleshooting
Problem: Audio generation fails immediately
Solution: Check that you have enough credits for the estimated duration shown in the panel, and that no section is empty. Then try again.
Problem: Audio quality is poor or the voice sounds off
Solution: Try a different voice — some handle certain content better. Make sure pauses use bracket cues ([break], [long-break]) rather than ellipses, and keep the language natural and conversational.
Problem: Generation is taking a long time
Solution: Longer sessions take longer to render and run in the background. The floating progress indicator shows the current status; finished audio also appears in your Library. If it's stuck for a long time, contact support.
Problem: Not enough credits to generate audio
Solution: Buy more credits, or move to a higher tier for more monthly credits and longer sessions. The panel's credit estimate updates with the session length, so a shorter session costs less.
