How to Create Your Hypnosis Session
Learn how to create a personalized hypnosis script with the guided creator. A few quick choices and a short brief turn into a full, editable session.

Step-by-Step Guide
Open the Create page
Click 'Create' in the navigation. You'll land on the guided creator. Choose 'Start guided brief' (recommended) to walk through a few quick choices, or use 'Blank script' / 'Paste a script' if you already have content. You can also pick up any draft from 'Pick up where you left off'.
Step 1 — Set the session shape
Pick the session type (General hypnosis, Sleep, Visualization, NSDR, or Morning reset), a target length, and a language. The available lengths scale with your plan — paid tiers can go up to 90 or 120 minutes.
Step 2 — Choose the induction
Choose how the session guides the listener into trance, or leave 'Let AI choose' selected (recommended) to let the writer match the induction to your goal, type, and length automatically.
Step 3 — Describe your goal
In your own words, say what this session should work on — for example, 'I keep replaying a conversation from this morning and want to feel settled again tonight.' Tap one of the starter suggestions if you need a prompt to begin.
Step 4 — Make it yours
Review the personalization pulled from your saved profile (your goals, preferences, and any anchors you've saved), and add anything specific to this session in the optional note. This step is optional — your profile is woven in either way.
Review the composed brief
The AI composes a preview of your session. Read it over to make sure it captures what you want, then click 'Generate this script'. Note: you choose a voice and create audio later, in the editor — not here.
Let it write
Generation runs in the background and usually takes under a minute. A progress indicator shows the status, and you can keep browsing — we'll open the script in the editor the moment it's ready.
Edit in the editor
When it's ready, the script opens in the editor, divided into sections (Pre-talk, Induction, Set the Scene, Deepening, Suggestions, Future Pace, Awakening, Outro). Edit any section, refine pacing, then pick a voice and generate audio when you're happy with it.
Tips & Best Practices
- Be specific in the goal step — the more concrete the situation, the more tailored the script
- 'Let AI choose' is a safe default for the induction; pick a specific one only if you have a preference
- Length options scale with your plan; longer sessions cost more credits when you generate the audio later
- Your saved onboarding profile is woven in automatically — keep it up to date for better personalization
- You only create the script here. Voice selection and audio generation happen afterward in the editor
Troubleshooting
Problem: Script generation fails or shows an error
Solution: Make sure you have at least one credit and that your goal doesn't contain disallowed content. If it persists, refresh and try again — your brief is preserved.
Problem: Generated script doesn't match my needs
Solution: Add more detail in the goal step or the 'Make it yours' note, then regenerate. You can also refine individual sections in the editor with Magic Enhance.
Problem: Generation takes too long
Solution: It usually finishes in under a minute and runs in the background. If it's taking longer, keep the tab open or check your Library — finished sessions appear there automatically.
Problem: I don't see a voice step in the creator
Solution: That's expected. The guided creator only writes the script. You choose a voice and create the audio afterward, from the Voice & audio panel in the editor.
